Woody Allen's “Midnight In Paris” Trailer Arrives

Woody Allen has assembled yet another high-wattage cast for his most recent film about a struggling writer caught in a love triangle.

Last year it was Josh Brolin married to Naomi Watts, tempted by Freida Pinto in "You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger." This year it's Owen Wilson engaged to Rachel McAdams, but drawn to Marion Cotillard in "Midnight in Paris."

No disrespect, but the trailer for "Midnight" is about what you'd expect these days from Allen, though Michael Sheen appears to be enjoying the role of insufferable "pseudo-intellectual," so that could be fun.

Rounding out the cast are Kathy Bates, Adriedn Brody, Tom Hiddleston, Lea Seydoux, Allison Pill and of course the First Lady of France, Carla Bruni, who doesn't appear to be anywhere near as bad as last summer's rumors suggested.

"Tall Dark Stranger" was better than most of Allen's other more recent films, hopefully he's continued getting back his touch for "Midnight." The film opens the Cannes Film Festival on May 11 and goes into limited release stateside on May 20.
