Look, we enjoyed the New Yorker profile of Nikki Finke as much as anybody (and certainly more than Finke), but the idea of watching it on TV week after week is the opposite of riveting.
Imagine watching a woman sitting at a desk making phone calls and typing all-cap headlines all day -- occasionally breaking up the monotony with a tuna melt or cleaning the cat box.
What would inspire Condon, best known for penning the musicals "Chicago" and "Dreamgirls," to write, executive produce and possibly direct the pilot for such a project? Maybe he just wants Finke to write nasty things about him.
