Emeril Lagasse Flips Townhouse onto Market

It was only a couple of years ago that acclaimed celeb chef Emeril Lagasse picked up a posh six-story mansion for $11.5 million. However, Lagasse seemed to have a change of heart about the gigantic townhouse and has already flipped the home back onto the market with a $15 million price tag.

The 6,900 square foot Manhattan townhouse in the Upper East Side features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a whopping 1,000 square feet of terraces, elevator, gym, roof deck, and of course, the area of the home that everyone wants to know about: the grand gourmet kitchen. Lagasse's sweet kitchen boasts marble floors, a double Sub-Zero refrigerators and freezers, a 150-bottle wine fridge, and custom walnut cabinetry.

Hopefully, this time around Lagasse will have better real estate luck. The chef's last attempt to sell had his Midtown condo on the market for an entire three years before he was able to unload it.
