Talk Teal: Inside the AprilMay Foundation Fundraiser
The AprilMay Foundation connected their teal ribbons to talk of sexual abuse with its Talk Teal event Thursday evening at Muleh (1831 14th St. N.W.). Using photographs and mannequins to express the harsh reality of abuse, the organization encouraged a candid conversation as well as acknowledgment of the cause. Green and Blue Boutique's Michaela Schwartz and Daniela Cermanova checked out Muleh's furniture and fashions while supporting the foundation.
