President Obama and first lady Michelle Obama threw a black-tie dinner at the White House to mark the end of the National Governor’s Association annual conference. Democrats and Republicans clinked glasses of wine with their counterparts across the aisle. Alas, Obama must have been the designated driver. His glass was filled with water.
