Va. Homeschooling Families Hopeful About "Tebow" Bill

In Virginia, a bill that would allow home-schooled kids to play sports at public schools is moving through the general assembly. The so-called "Tebow bill" failed in the past, but as Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports, this year home-school families are hopeful more people understand their position.
