Ron Paul: Revolution Won't Be Partisan

Presidential hopeful Ron Paul is predicting the political revolution he is pushing won't be limited to the Republicans he hopes nominate him and is urging his supporters of all stripes to rally behind his struggling White House bid.

Paul was heading toward twin defeats Tuesday in Arizona's and Michigan's GOP primaries but didn't linger on rivals Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum or Newt Gingrich. Instead, he pitched his anti-war and anti-Washington themes that motivate a small but fevered segment of the electorate. Paul told voters in Virginia that government is too big and is encroaching on Americans' freedoms.

Paul also said the country needs a new foreign policy that focuses on diplomacy over armed conflict. He said the current approach will yield an America-versus-the world scenario that isn't sustainable.
