Early voting begins Saturday for the April 3 Maryland Republican primary, and at least one presidential contender's plans have been announced.
Mitt Romney is scheduled to campaign in Maryland this week, John Porter, a spokesman for the Maryland Republican Party, told the Associated Press.
Romney is expected to join former Gov. Bob Ehrlich Wednesday in Ehrlich's hometown of Arbutus for a town hall forum. Ehrlich is the chairman of Romney's Maryland campaign.
The second event is a rally in Frederick from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
There are 37 Maryland delegates up for grabs.
