Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker is scheduled to release his budget plan.
Baker will release his budget proposal for the next fiscal year on Thursday in Upper Marlboro.
Others attending the announcement include Thomas Himler, the county's deputy chief administrative officer for budget, and Terri Bacote-Charles, the director of the office of management and budget.
