McDonnell to Campaign in Iowa

Virginia governor to tout Romney in the Hawkeye State

Mitt Romney is overseas right now, but his surrogates are still campaigning on his behalf across the country. Tomorrow, Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell will travel to Iowa to stump for votes.

McDonnell will attend two events in the Hawkeye State. He’ll be in Davenport tomorrow morning before heading to Coralville in the afternoon. Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal will join McDonnell at the Coralville rally.

McDonnell, who’s a potential vice presidential candidate, has campaigned for Romney in Virginia, as well as in Florida, Michigan and South Carolina.

Florida Senator Marco Rubio will also hit the road to tout the presumptive Republican presidential candidate. He’ll hold rallies this weekend in Colorado and Nevada.
