Score one for the fantasy coaches.

The House of Delegates passed a bill Monday that would exempt fantasy games like “Fantasy Football” from prohibitions against betting, wagering and gambling in state law. The vote was 114-16.

The measure now goes to the state Senate.

The bill includes a provision that would authorize the state comptroller to adopt certain regulations that could require companies to register with the state.
