Football season is officially here as the Redskins' first practice of training camp is underway in Richmond.
As camp kicked off at around 8:30 a.m., Richmond was enveloped by a steady stream of storms, leaving the uncovered masses soaking wet. No matter, though.
Complete downpour here in Richmond. Yet fans are still standing out there soaked. Football's back. #redskins pic.twitter.com/DD8QFIGbmQ — Britt McHenry (@BrittMcHenry) July 24, 2014

It's pouring right now. Harder than before. Water is pooling. Have to wonder abt the field, which seems to be holding up well so far. — Tarik El-Bashir (@TarikCSN) July 24, 2014

Points for dedication. There were roughly 1,000 fans in attendance when camp convened.
You know, if you download the Storm Team 4 app for your phone, then you would know what to expect weather-wise as you migrate to Richmond. (Check's in the mail, right, Doug?)
