You won't have to worry about Oprah outbidding you for that $50 million mansion in Georgetown.

Oprah Winfrey is denying a report in the New York Post that she's looking to buy a house in the District ... according to the New York Post.

The Post initially reported that Oprah was checking out a $50 million, nine-bedroom mansion in Georgetown.

But a Winfrey representative said there is "no truth at all" to the report.
