Find some inner (and outer) peace this Saturday with Yogapalooza at Lululemon (3265 M St. NW). Wow, talk about a mouthful. All proceeds from this weekend's yoga event will go toward Yoga Bear, a nonprofit that provides free yoga to cancer survivors.

On Saturday, you can strike your downward facing dog with three different instructors who will each teach 50-minute gentle vinyasa inspired flow classes at 2, 3 and 4 p.m. Don’t worry if you are a yoga newbie -- these classes are suitable for beginners, intermediates, and experts.

Following the classes, there will be a small reception with drinks, light fare and a silent auction featuring yoga attire. The event is free for cancer survivors, but all others are asked to make a $25 donation to Yoga Bear.

To ensure the classes don't overbook, make sure to register ahead of time. After all, nothing is worse than having someone invade your personal space while trying to master a warrior pose.
