Let the gluttony ... continue?

This summer's four-part DC Grill Masters Series wraps up this Sunday, June 28 with a cooking demonstration from Piter Tjan of Sushiko at Wagshal's Market (4845 Massachusetts Ave. N.W.). This week's protein-of-choice is Japanese Wagyu beef, and for only $10 you will receive instruction and recipes, as well as the chance to sample grilled goodies.

Alex McWilliams (Ardeo/Bardeo Restaurants) and local "Top Chef" contestants Carla Hall (Alchemy Caterers) and Spike Mendelsohn (Good Stuff Eatery) have manned the grill over the past few weekends, but now it's Chef Tjan's turn to grill up his favorite grub.

Reserve your spot ahead of time, as the past weeks have sold out. The demonstration starts at 11:30 a.m., and all proceeds from the grill series go towards sponsoring campers at Maryland's Lions Camp Merrick, a summer camp for diabetic children.
