For all you looking to get your drink on after work, Lilit Café (7921 Old Georgetown Ave, Bethesda) is hosting a free wine tasting. Tonight, slurp down featured wines Jekel Riesling, Jekel Chardonnay and Jekel Cabernet from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Live jazz will fill the space from 6:30 to 9:30.

Feeling spendy -- and still a little too sober for a Thursday night? Man oh man, do we ever share your pain. But listen: Lilit is offering 10 percent of cases of wine. AND you can mix and match them. This is gonna be WAY more fun than those lame memory card games we got stuck playing in elementary school when it was raining outside and recess was cancelled.

Where were we again? Oh yeah. Lilit Café claims it serves the best wines by the bottle or by the glass in town. That's quite a claim but for some free booze, we'll take their word on it. Cheers!

(Anyone want to help us carry a case of wine home tonight?)
