Thanks to D.C. club promoters, even us regular people can get into popular clubs and have a good time. All you have to do is go to their Web sites and register for free. Once you’re registered, you can put your name on the guest list for clubs that they promote. Since only certain promoters work with certain clubs, it’s smart to register at a variety of different promoter sites.
