Registration opens at 7 a.m. the day of the event or you can register online at helpthehomelessdc.org. Here are the places to go that morning: Pre-registered check-in is on the Mall at 7th Street NW and Event Day Registration is between 12th and 14th Streets on the Department of Agriculture lawn, across Jefferson Drive from the National Mall.
