Hollywood stars and the Obamas in the vicinity of the same Metro station. We always knew it would come to this. We just heard straight from the film crew that Reese Witherspoon and company will be shooting "near the White House tonight, close to McPherson Square" after dark tonight.

Witherspoon is currently spending about 14 weeks in D.C. shooting the romantic comedy "How Do You Know?" with co-stars Paul Rudd and Owen Wilson, who was spotted noshing at Georgetown Cupcake two weeks ago. The actress herself has been spotted at Zaytinya (with BF Jake Gyllenhaal) Leopold's and the the Georgetown location of Le Pain Quotidien.

Witherspoon was most recently cited as filming in Adams Morgan Tuesday night and at the Georgetown Waterfront on Wednesday. Film crews shot some scenes at Nationals Park on June 12 with both Witherspoon and Wilson, and some Nats season ticket holders "worked" as extras in the film.

If you go tonight to try to catch the filming, we suspect the crew will be easier to spot than at other times so far. For one thing, we hear that making movies often involves bright lights.
